A new addition to the Vans family, the UltraRange VR3 is another small step towards a larger goal of producing more sustainable footwear. The Vans UltraRange has been reimagined, redesigned and rebuilt to make it more durable. This includes a molded EcoCush™ midsole that makes the shoes more comfortable to walk on, a lightweight construction and an EcoWaffle™ rubber outsole that gives you more traction. The upper is designed to reduce waste during production compared to the traditional Vans cut and stitch upper. The UltraRange VR3 is the manifestation of an idea: that it's not about where we're going, but how we get there.

- UPPER MATERIAL: One piece upper made from 50% Organic Cotton, 36% Recycled PET, 14% Recycled Nylon. Vans leather products support responsible manufacturing through the Leather Working Group
- FOOTBED: The new EcoCush™ midsole is made with at least 50% biobased EVA foam, partially derived from plant sources
- OUTSOLE: The new EcoWaffle™ - all-new rubber compound made from responsibly sourced natural rubber instead of petroleum-based synthetic rubber. This new rubber compound has been developed and engineered to maintain the grip and durability that Vans have already enjoyed
