1 Returning products
1.1 I would like to return my product is that possible?

Yes, you can register your order for return within 14 days of receipt. After this period you have another 14 days to actually return the order. Provided they are undamaged and unused. To us for assessment. For further instructions go to the Burned Returnportal.

1.4 Can I also get a refund if I return a product?

Hell yes! When you return a product in undamaged condition and within the return period, you will receive the full purchase amount back. Once we have received the product, your money will be transferred to you as quickly as possible and at the latest within the statutory period of 14 days. 1.5 How long do I have to return my products?

From the moment you receive the package, you have 14 days to tell us which product (s) you want to return.

2 Exchange of products
2.1 Can I exchange an article?

3 Orders & Deliveries
3.1 My size is not listed in the webshop, can I still get the product?

If your size is no longer listed, you can always contact us on +31 (0) 73-6899454. The Burned Sport team will immediately find out if the product is still available for you.

3.2 When can I expect my order at my home?

Orders that are fully in stock are packed on the day of the order. If you have placed the order before 3 p.m., it will be delivered to your home the next working day (or Saturday) by our courier service.

3.3 I have ordered several products with different delivery times, when can I expect my order at my home?

When you order products with different delivery times, your entire order will be delivered based on the product with the longest delivery time. It is also possible to have a part of your order shipped earlier if the difference in delivery time between the products is more than 7 days. 3.4 I have received a wrong item. What now?

If you receive an item that you have not ordered, we have probably made a mistake. Very annoying, but we will solve it for you! If you return the product to us, we will refund the shipping costs and we will send the correct product to you. Indicate in the return form that you have received the wrong product and also which product you are missing. Our team does the rest!

4 Warranty arrangement
4.1 What about the 100 day guarantee rule?

Almost all products you buy from Burned Sports have a 100-day manufacturer's warranty. Valid from customer's purchase date. If there is no manufacturer's warranty on a product, this will be stated with the product in the webshop. If there is nothing listed, you always have a 100-day warranty! This warranty scheme means that if a product is damaged to such an extent that it can no longer reasonably fulfill its function, Burned offers solutions. As a customer you can choose from the following solutions. The (1) product may be exchanged for the same product free of charge, the product may (2) be exchanged for a comparable product, (3) the product may be exchanged for a completely different product or (4) we will look for a good solution together . If you choose option 2 or 3 and the price of the product deviates from the original purchase amount, you will have to pay that amount additionally in the event of an additional charge, otherwise you will receive the price difference in vouchers from Burned. 4.2 How do I know if my product qualifies for the guarantee scheme?

If you want to make use of the warranty scheme, you as a customer must demonstrate within 100 days of the purchase date that the product is so defective that it can no longer reasonably fulfill its function. You can do that in two ways. You can (1) come to the store with the product and settle everything immediately with an employee or (2) provide proof digitally and then return the broken product.
